Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to Pop Delights LLC! Please carefully review our terms and conditions, as they outline the policies and procedures for ordering our custom cake pops. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Order Notice:

• We require a minimum of 4 days’ notice for all standard custom orders.
• Larger or complex orders may require more time, and availability is subject to our current schedule.
• Orders are only confirmed once a deposit or payment has been received.

2. Payment Policy:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and hold your event date.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 2 days prior to pickup or delivery.
• Payments can be made via Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, Square and Apple Pay.
• Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

3. Refunds and Cancellation:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 5 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction based on taste, design preferences, or artistic interpretation once the product has been delivered or picked up.

4. Product Responsibility:

• Once an order is picked up or delivered, Pop Delights LLC is no longer responsible for damages caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation.
• Cake pops are fragile and should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

• Our products are made in a kitchen that may process allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
• We are happy to accommodate certain dietary restrictions upon request (e.g., gluten-free, vegan), but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.
• Customers are responsible for disclosing all allergies and dietary requirements when placing an order.

6. Customization and Design:

• All custom designs are subject to interpretation by our team based on the details provided.
• While we strive to match designs as closely as possible, variations in color, size, and details may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
• Copyrighted designs (e.g., specific characters or logos) may require written permission from the copyright holder or will be recreated with modifications to comply with copyright laws.

7. Pickup and Delivery Options:

• Pickup: Orders can be picked up at a designated location during the scheduled pickup time. Late pickups may incur additional fees and/or cancellation.
• Delivery: Delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance and is subject to scheduling availability.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances during delivery. 
• Schedule Pickup/Delivery Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
